Cold Water Storage supplies and installs GRP water tanks in various sizes to a range of businesses across multiple sectors. The WRAS approved GRP tanks are manufactured to the highest of standards. They feature sectional glass reinforced plastic panels, which are durable and approved for potable water storage.
Is your GRP tank no longer fit for purpose? Is it leaking? Are the steel fixtures corroding? Does the design make it challenging for water treatment professionals to access the water tank and clean it? Does your GRP tank no longer comply with HSE regulations for stored water? Are you paying for an expensive water treatment programme because sediment build-up is causing water samples to fail?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes, we can help.
We provide a range of GRP water tank services:
At Cold Water Storage, our team of experts always carry out a comprehensive survey to assess the client’s existing GRP tank. From there, we provide our professional opinion and recommendations for improvement, before outlining the options available to the client.
Where possible, we will always suggest a repair, reline or refurbishment before a GRP tank replacement, as the latter is more costly. We will also provide a quote and timescale. A dedicated project manager is happy to weigh up the pros and cons of the options, discuss the processes and answer any questions the client may have.
To minimise disruption to the client’s business and to limit downtime, we have developed a robust way of providing temporary water systems. This temporary water system ensures a continuous water supply throughout the duration of the works.
Regardless of the GRP tank service a client opts for, whether it is a repair or a full tank replacement, our expert team will manage the project from start to finish. The Cold Water Storage in-house project managers will spec out the work, develop Risk Assessments and Method Statements and provide a timetable for completion, whilst keeping the client updated.
Upon completion, the client will receive signed paperwork and a full completion report with photographic evidence. This provides reassurance that the work has been carried out to the initial specification.
